JS型橡膠隔振器由金屬件及橡膠粘結而成,其彈性體采用軸對稱環(huán)狀剪刀型結構,本系列產(chǎn)品分四種尺寸結構,八種承載規(guī)格,軸向承受額定載荷從10-12880kg ,額定載荷下靜變形在3-12mm范圍內(nèi),相應固有頻率在5-11 HZ范圍,阻尼比大于0.05.

該隔振器外形美觀，結構緊湊,與同類型相同規(guī)格隔振器相比,結構尺寸小,重量輕,安裝更換方便,工作安全可靠,能在-5°C-+ 5°C范圍內(nèi)保持正常工作。

該隔振器對1000r/min以上回轉(zhuǎn)及往復機械振動的隔離具有良好隔振效果,適于水泵、風機、冷卻塔、空壓機、柴油機、冷卻機等機械設備的振動隔離及儀器儀表防振、防沖擊。本產(chǎn)品也適用于航空、船舶及機車中各類設備的振動隔離和防護。

JS rubber vibration isolator comprises of metal parts and rubble through cohering.its elastic body adopts the axisymmetric and ring shear structure.it has four-size structures and eight-load specifications.Its rated axial loadis 10-12880kg, static deformation scope under rated load is 3-12 mm, natural frequency is 5-11 HZ,danping ration is bigger than 0.05.
