Installation instructions:

1、設(shè)備超過(guò)1.5米時(shí)或重量超過(guò)1000公斤時(shí),隔振器應(yīng)加6個(gè)以上,以增加設(shè)備在動(dòng)態(tài)情況下的穩(wěn)定性能。

If equipment length exceeds 1.5m or its weight exceeds 1000kg, more than 6 vibration isolators shall be added in order to en hance the stability performance of equipment upon moving.

2、彈簧吊架應(yīng)在額定載荷范圍內(nèi)使用,不允許超載。彈性托架安裝前調(diào)整支撐桿的高度,使托架支承面與管道底面高度保持一致,彈簧托架和彈性吊架安裝時(shí),應(yīng)調(diào)整好間距,使各個(gè)吊架的載荷盡可能一致。

Spring hanger shall be used in the rated load scope, overload is not permitted.Before installing elastic support, the height of supporting rod shall be adjusted to keep the bearing surface of support and the pipeline bottom surface in the same height. Upon installing spring hanger and elastic support , their distance shall be adjusted well to make load of each hanger same as far as possible.
